Please attach your written personal statement that states: (1) why you feel you are ready to return to Westchester Community College; (2) the kind of support you received during your separation and if you plan to continue this support if you are allowed to return; 4) what you learned/experienced during your time separated from the College; and (3) and how you plan to be successful at Westchester Community College. Written personal statements should have your name, MyWCC ID Number, the date submitted, and \"Request to Return Personal Statement\" written at the top of every page.
