Commit To Change Presentations

What is Commit to Change you ask?
Commit to Change is a leadership development program for students interested in advancing their leadership abilities while attempting to create positive social change at the college and within our surrounding communities.
Our Change Agents have been intentionally working all semester and are ready to present their ideas to create a sustainable and positive change. After each presentation, those in attendance will be asked to submit a feedback form on both the content and realistic nature of each group’s initiative.
Note: Snacks and light refreshments will be offered.
Leadership Dev. Badge: Facilitation 101
Part of the Leadership Development Badge Program

Having important conversations in group settings can be challenging. We’re here to help! Join Facilitation 101 to learn how to moderate productive conversations where everyone feels heard and shared goals can be achieved.
The Leadership Development Badge (LDB) is self-paced, self-guided, and designed to be completed in as short as one semester. Each semester, core sessions will be offered and elective sessions will rotate and vary. All workshops will be offered virtually.

Monthly Cultural Craft: DIY Reflection Projects

As the end of the Fall Semester approaches, The Department of Student Involvement wanted to take a retrospective look at the year behind us while also reflecting on the upcoming year ahead. This last monthly cultural craft of the semester will be focused on manifestation, gratitude, and the memories of the 2024 year as we create vision boards, DIY snow globes, and more while learning about the different ways New Years is celebrated around the world.
