BHM: Craft & Watch, Love & Basketball

BHM: Acts of Kindness Day

In collaboration with the Westchester Events Board (WEB), the Department of Student Involvement is presenting Acts of Kindness Day during our Black History Month event series. We are spreading joy and connection through activities and food provided from a local black-owned business while learning about the rich history of soul food in the United States.

In honor of Black History Month, the Department of Student Involvement will be hosting an art exhibition featuring the work of Black SUNY WCC students.

Monthly Cultural Craft: Chinese New Year

The Department of Student Involvement invites you to join the Monthly Cultural Craft series! For January, our activity is centered around Chinese New Year, which begins on January 29th. We will make banners with lettering and phrases of fortune and luck. It is Chinese tradition to hang these in front of your door during the festival period!
