Krav Maga: Self Defense for Students

Date: Wednesday, October 9, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Location: Physical Education Building, Mat Room 5 (access through Mat Room 4) – SUNY Westchester Valhalla

SUNY WCC Campus Security, the Department of Mental Health and Counseling Services, and WDCE have partnered to provide FREE beginner self-defense training to interested SUNY WCC students. Participants will learn skills to help them take control of their safety, build connections with others, and enhance their confidence.
