Election Stress Support

Date: Tuesday, November 5, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Location: David Swope Student Center, Room STC 111 and 181 – SUNY Westchester Valhalla and online via Zoom

If you are feeling the stress of Election Day 2024, the Department of Mental Health & Counseling Services is here for you!

From 10 AM – 1:30 PM on November 5th, if you are an enrolled WCC student, you can:

• Stop by the David Swope Student Center, Room 111, or drop in via Zoom to join a group to discuss your concerns and engage with other students around your stressors
  
  Join the group session online via Zoom
• Come to the Health & Wellness Center in the David Swope Student Center, Room 181, or drop in via Zoom for a brief individual session with a mental health professional.
  
  Join an individual session online via Zoom

All services are free and confidential. Students engaging with individual drop-in spaces will be required to complete paperwork and will be seen on a first-come-first-serve basis.
