Stress Free Finals: Art Therapy

Location: David Swope Student Center, Event Room – SUNY Westchester Valhalla

Join us for a stress free final event where we will be offering creative ways to de-stress through art therapy! We will be offering multiple creative outlets and art materials, including clay and origami. We hope you can join us!

Be a part of the art therapy group and use art-making as a way to express yourself, de-stress and connect with others. You will explore different art mediums and ways to express yourself through the creative process. No experience or background in art needed!
