EOC provides FREE training to eligible populations The SUNY Educational Opportunity Center of Westchester, or “EOC” as the Center is popularly known, is a non-traditional adult educational facility that provides tuition-free academic and vocational training opportunities to educationally and economically underserved individuals and dislocated workers in a supportive environment. Funded by the State University of New York, University EOC programs are available to eligible individuals who are interested in furthering their education, and/or enhancing employment and career opportunities when training is completed.
