Early Admissions Program
If you are an academically talented high school student, you may want to consider applying to the Early Admit Student Program at Westchester Community College. Each year, students throughout the county take courses to further enrich their high school experience.
Early Admit Student Program
The Early Admit Student (EAS) program allows qualified students to take classes at Westchester Community College while concurrently completing high school courses.
Application Process

Please note, email and letter notifications with next steps are sent to students approximately one week after applications are processed.
Submit the following documents to the Office of Admissions:
- An official letter from your high school counselor stating the reason you are interested in enrolling at Westchester Community College and the course(s) you wish to take.
- Kindly be advised that if you are planning to take courses at Westchester Community College to meet high school graduation requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure that the course is approved by your high school counselor. This approval should be mentioned in the official letter required from your high school counselor stated above.

Take a Placement Test
Take the Westchester Community College Placement Test and place into college level courses by meeting the minimum score requirements. For testing information, instructions and how to waive the placement requirements please click here.
Submit Immunization Records
An immunization hold is placed on all students which prevents registration for certain classes/credits until acceptable proof of immunization is submitted and accepted by the WCC Health Office. Make an Appointment with a Counselor
After submitting the above mentioned documents and taking the ACCUPLACER Test or meeting the requirements to waive the placement, you must contact the Office of Admissions at Admissions@sunywcc.edu to make an appointment to meet with an Admissions Counselor to review your test results for a final admissions decision.

Do I need to meet with an admissions counselor before I register?
Yes. After submitting the above mentioned documents and taking the ACCUPLACER Test or meeting the requirements to waive the placement, you must contact the Office of Admissions at Admissions@sunywcc.edu to make an appointment to meet with an Admissions Counselor. An Admissions Counselor must register for course(s).
What is the payment process?
You can pay (check or credit card) for your classes by going to MyWCC. If you have questions about payment, the Bursar can help you https://www.sunywcc.edu/admissions/bursars-office/.
Remember, if you haven’t paid for your classes or you don’t have a payment arrangement in place, you won’t be able to attend your classes.
How do I request an official Westchester Community College transcript?

Is there Financial Aid available for Early Admit Program students?
No. There is no financial aid available for Early Admit Program students.
