Dance and Performing Arts
WCC Dance is a Cultural Arts Organization that supports dance performances for our students enrolled in DANCE courses at SUNY WCC, as well as extracurricular dance activities and events organized by the Performing Arts students and faculty.
Offering classes in Hip Hop, Modern, Jazz, Ballet, Choreography, Contemporary, Latin Dance, Dance Internship, and YOGA.

Fall 2023 offers classes in Hip Hop, Ballet, Yoga, and Modern. There is also a special opportunity to enroll in Dance Practicum which allows students to create and perfrom their own work.

Broadway Field Trip
NOVEMBER 2023 – Walter Kerr Theatre, NYC
This fall students will have the opportuity to sign up to participate in a field trip to Broadway to see Hadestown. Exact date, TBD
FALL 2023 INFORMANCE
DECEMBER 20, 2023, 11:30AM AAB THEATRE
All dance classes will perfom a piece that showcases the dance genre they studies this semester. Student work will also be featured – End of Semester informal dance performance, (Informance), performed on stage.
