Geography
Cultural or human geography is a general introduction to the principles of geography and issues of globalization. Students will learn some of the basic tools that geographers use to describe the world and an appreciation of the basic geography and demography of the globe. The interconnectedness of the world and how events around the world impact the U.S. are stressed, as well as the importance of learning about other cultures and how different geographical factors contribute to current world events.
