COMM Central Multimedia Center: Podcasting Studio Booking
Equipment
The Podcast Studio is equipped with the RODE RODECaster Pro II 4-Person Podcasting console, PodMics, headphones, and desktop stands. Users are required to bring a storage device (USB flash drive, external hard drive, etc.) for recordings. Connecting personal equipment to the console is strictly prohibited. Our equipment is identical to the podcast equipment used in the Harold L. Drimmer Library Studio. Click here to watch a video introduction to the equipment.
File Storage
All recordings must be saved to a personal device (i.e. flashcard), SD card, cloud, or your WCC OneDrive account. Any files saved to the podcast studio computer will be deleted at the end of the session.
Directions
A maximum of 4 students can be booked in the Podcast Studio at a time. Bookings are one-hour time slots. Please note that the person booking this reservation is responsible for the room and all its contents during that booking duration. Please see Podcast Studio Terms and Conditions.
Location
The podcast studio is located in AAB 200 Multimedia Center.
