11 Reserving Table Space Clubs and organizations may set up tables in the halls of certain buildings to promote their club, an upcoming event, or a special project or cause. All requests for tables must be submitted five (5) business days prior to the desired date. Table space is very limited, so it is important to book early. For tabling policies refer to Tabling Policy. 1) 2) 3) Reserving an Event Zoom Room To reserve an Event Zoom Room with the Department of Student Involvement, submit the Event Registration Form at least 14 days in advance of the event. The form can be found at www.sunywcc.edu/clubs. 1) The Department of Student Involvement has several zoom accounts designated for club and organization events. Media Services will only accept requests for equipment usage from club and organization advisors. To request use of audio/visual equipment visit http://www.sunywcc.edu/contact/center-for-learning-resourceslibrary- media- and-instructional-technology/technology-request-form/ Requests for audio/visual equipment must be made ten (10) business days prior to the event date. A representative from the club or organization must remain with the borrowed equipment at all times. Media Services will send a representative to pick up the equipment and a club or organization representative must remain with the equipment. 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) Catering & Refreshments When ordering food for any on-campus event or activity, Faculty-Student Association Dining Services reserves the right of first refusal, meaning that clubs and organizations are required to use Faculty-Student Association Dining Services for all catering needs. Note: Clubs and organizations seeking pizza or ethnic or cultural cuisine, that is clearly outside of the scope of offerings provided by FSA Dining Services are not held responsible to this policy. 1) On-Campus Events
