An alternative way to work out, improve fitness, and train for personal challenges in a social environment. This class is effective for people with limited mobility, recovering from an injury, or relieving discomfort caused by arthritis. Bicycles are submerged in shallow water for a challenging water workout. Both swimmers and non-swimmers are welcome! Additional $60.00 fee payable to instructor for the use of the cycles applies. Helpful for people recovering from injuries or the serious individual trying to lose weight. Includes deep-water intervals as well as shallow water exercises, cycling in the water, and balance using a paddle board to work your core. Requirements: Ability to ride a bicycle in the water, comfortable in the deep water, ability to swim and climb on the paddleboard. Additional $60.00 fee payable to the instructor for the use of the cycles applies.
