Event manager Gabby will create an interactive evening beginning with a mixology session on how to make a classic Cosmopolitan from the Best Bartender Contest winner, Erik “the bowtie bartender.” Executive chef Walter Estrada will have us make our own empanadas to bake at home and a few to taste there. Then an instruction on a perfectly seared, mini version of their grass-fed hanger steak served with crispy potatoes, crème fraiche, shishito peppers, crispy sopressata with refreshing chimichurri sauce.
