From Hunter-Gatherers to Farmers, Native Americans in the Eastern Woodlands Examine Native American cultures and adaptations over the past 14,000 years. A changing climate, the end of the last ice age and population movements resulted in the development of many prehistoric cultures and diverse ways of life. Native American continuous occupation on the land is readily apparent through the archaeological record. SENIOR AUDIT Select college-credit lecture courses may be audited by Westchester County residents 60 years of age and older on a space-available basis. Requirements include submission of proof of residence and age, along with payment of the fee. The cost to audit is a non-refundable $50 fee for each semester. Payable by credit card or check. You may register for a maximum of two classes each semester as a senior auditor. Senior audit registration for the Spring 2020 semester will take place in person at the Valhalla campus on Tues., Jan. 21 for Valhalla campus courses only and Thurs., Jan. 23 for both extension centers and Valhalla campus courses at 9:00 am-3:00 pm.
