My name is Emmanuel Jaquez R., and I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation from the School of Visual Arts (SVA). With over 15 years of professional experience working as a freelance artist and now for SUNY Westchester Peekskill vas a Senior Technical Assistant and Digital Arts Instructor, I specialize in Digital Art and 2D animation. At the Center, I am privileged to teach traditional animation with modern technology to inspire students with a passion for expressing their ideas in a creative way. My artwork revolves around Digital Illustration, Comic Style, and Animation. I believe art is a form of human expression of emotion and ideas and my creative process often involves Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and now Procreate.
