21 The methodology and results discussed in the previous section outline the work completed to date on developing and validating the NACE Career Readiness Competencies. Given the range of work, types of data, and diversity of thought leaders, the competencies have been developed and validated with solid evidence from a diverse range of sources. Please see the appendices mentioned for a more detailed treatment of the methods and results of each development and validation phase.
