Libby App Overview Step two - select SUNY Westchester Community college in the list of institutions. First step -download Libby from the App or Google Play store on your mobile device. Step three - log in with your SUNY WCC credentials. If you are trying to connect to WCC library, click on Not Yet; then, search for a library. Step four - Borrowed titles appear on your Shelf and download to the app automatically when you're connected to Wi-Fi, so you can read them when you're offline.
