The Hudson Valley Gateway Chamber of Commerce Foundation is proud to partner with SUNY Peekskill and Con Edison to conduct a Workforce Readiness Certificate Program beginning in March.  As an arm of the Hudson Valley Gateway Chamber of Commerce, the Foundation conducted a survey of Chamber members which identified an urgent need to provide job training and employment programming with an emphasis on soft skills tailored to employee age and experience.

This Certificate Program is a nine-hour career training and certification course taught by faculty members at SUNY Westchester Community College and funded through a grant from Consolidated Edison, which allows the course to be offered free of charge. Chamber members and referrals will be offered the first opportunity to register early, as space is limited. Non-Chamber members are also encouraged to register.
